Our Story

Rachelle Pereira and Katie Byrne were friends first. They met at a baby swim class in 2010. Their friendship quickly deepened and they found that they had many shared values: vulnerability, growth and candor. These same values formed the foundation of EQUALibrium, which was founded in 2015. While Rachelle and Katie have very different stories, they share the same passion for helping companies, and individuals, build Powerful, Modern Leaders.

Outside the business, they still have a close friendship and often spend weekends and vacations together as families. Balancing busy careers, school aged children and living in the city that never sleeps is sometimes a challenge - but they are full of gratitude that they can support one another in every aspect of their lives.
